Fishing and Red Gyarados

The fishing spot is on the Comodo Field beach cmd_fild04, right next to Misty.

Daily fishing

• Equip a Fishing Rod, then click the fishing spot.
• You have 10 casts per account per day.
• One click fishes all of your remaining casts. Stand still for about 35 seconds; every catch is handed out at once with a cast-by-cast results window.
• Moving cancels the session and nothing is used up.

Every cast gives either an Activity Coin or a few Poke Balls, and has about a 30% chance of hooking a water-type Mon (around three a day). Each cast also has smaller chances at Great Balls, Ultra Balls, Card Booster Packs and Rare Candy.

Daily chest and streak

Finish all 10 casts to open a daily chest. Fish 7 days in a row and the chest is doubled.

Red Gyarados

Every cast by every player adds to a server-wide lake meter.

1. When the lake meter reaches 300 catches, an announcement goes out.
2. One hour later, Red Gyarados surfaces near Misty in Comodo Field.
3. Everyone fights it together. It escapes after 30 minutes if it is not weakened.
4. Once weakened, every player on the map has 90 seconds to try to catch it, not just the one who landed the last hit.

Ball	Chance
Ultra Ball	1 in 130 per throw. Red Gyarados becomes immune after 50 misses.
Master Ball	Always succeeds

You must have been on the map when it was weakened to get a catch attempt.

Why it’s worth it

Red Gyarados is a special shiny with an extra bonus to damage and HP on top of the normal shiny bonus. Catching it also counts toward the next Mythic raid.
